Generali, YAS launch tech-driven insurance for travellers

The product adjusts coverage up to 20 times based on travellers' spending.

Generali Hong Kong partnered with YAS to introduce technology-driven insurance solutions designed to provide a flexible option for frequent travellers.

The collaboration builds on their experience in on-demand microinsurance, offering real-time, adaptive coverage tailored to individual needs.

The first initiative, launched in November 2024, is embedded within the AlipayHK ecosystem. 

This travel insurance product adjusts coverage up to 20 times based on travellers' spending, capped at HK$100,000.
