Grandtag Financial reels in new chief proposition officer

They have over two decades of experience.

Grandtag Financial Consultancy appointed Louise Thean as Chief Proposition Officer for Asia.

Thean will lead the firm’s proposition strategy, strengthen its market positioning, and drive regional expansion, the company said in a press release.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Thean has a background in business development, operations, compliance, client servicing, and project management.

Since joining Grandtag in 2016, she has played a key role in its growth, developing partnerships to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Before Grandtag, Thean was head of Operations at International Planning Group (IPG), where she oversaw life-insurance-based wealth planning for private banking clients.

She has also held leadership roles at AXA Wealth and Standard Chartered.
