HDFC ERGO names Parthanil Ghosh as CEO successor

The leadership change takes effect on 16 April when he replaces Anuj Tyagi.

HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company appointed Parthanil Ghosh as the company’s new Managing Director and CEO.

Effective 16 April, Ghosh will succeed Anuj Tyagi, who is leaving the firm to pursue entrepreneurial interests.

The appointment is currently awaiting approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
