HDI Global reels in McDowell as new lead

He will be based in London.

HDI Global SE has appointed Phil McDowell as Global Sales & Distribution Lead for International Programmes and Captives, reinforcing its focus on multinational insurance solutions. 

Based in London, McDowell will be responsible for strengthening relationships with global brokers and enhancing the company's international programmes and captive offerings.

McDowell, a Chartered Insurer, brings experience from previous roles at RSA and Allianz.

He will lead initiatives to improve HDI Global’s client and broker engagement, including upgrades to its broker portal and the rollout of targeted marketing campaigns. 

His role includes working closely with regional Sales & Distribution teams to support HDI’s service delivery and growth in key markets.
