Howden acquires Storfield to boost Hong Kong operations

Its CEO is Victoria Lau.

Global insurance intermediary group, Howden, acquired Storfield Insurance Consultants, a specialist in general insurance for small-to-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Hong Kong.

The company said this acquisition bolsters Howden's presence in Hong Kong and expands its reach across Asia.

Founded in 1985 by Tony Lau and currently led by CEO Victoria Lau, Storfield offers asset protection services to SMEs and HNW individuals. 

Its areas of expertise include insurance for bloodstock, fine art, luxury vehicles, yachts, and customised insurance solutions tailored for SMEs.
