HSBC Life pushes preventive care shift with new programme

It combines workplace programmes, insurance expansion, education and community initiatives.

HSBC Life Singapore has launched a new wellness initiative aimed at improving access to preventive care and strengthening community health in the country.

Called “Live Life Well”, the programme focuses on shifting healthcare from treatment to early prevention. It brings together insurers, healthcare providers and employers to support workplace health, expand insurance coverage, and improve health literacy.

The initiative is built on four areas: workplace health programmes, more inclusive insurance solutions, public health education, and community-based support. T

HSBC Life said the programme will be rolled out to its distributors, corporate clients and customers, as well as the wider public through partnerships and health education efforts.

As part of the launch, HSBC Life has signed a memorandum of understanding with NHG Health to support workplace wellness.

Under the partnership, NHG Health will provide structured health assessments and recommend programmes for employees through its Health Manager for Companies model.
