Igloo partners with Tokopedia for consumer protection

The partnership hopes to cover 99% of Indonesia’s districts. 

Igloo announced a collaboration with Tokopedia to make purchase protection products more accessible and convenient for consumers across Indonesia.

This collaboration aims to reach 99% of districts and more than 14 million micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Tokopedia will offer three insurance products powered by Igloo, including gadget protection, electronic protection, and Total Loss Only (TLO) coverage.

These products will be available at affordable prices, starting from IDR 48,300 ($ 3.09) for gadget protection, IDR 14,334 ($ 0.92) for electronic protection, and IDR 500 ($ 0.032) for TLO coverage.

This marks Igloo's first venture with Tokopedia in Indonesia following its $36m pre-series C funding round in December 2023.
