Ignite by Igloo launches in Indonesia

This is their second market, after Vietnam.

Insurtech firm Igloo has launched Ignite, an AI-powered platform that enables faster sales cycles to enhance their partners’ productivity.

Ignite by Igloo features a variety of insurance products on its platforms, allowing easy comparability and easier managing of products. 

Ignite also allows direct sales intermediaries to offer protection solutions to their customers.

This marks the second market that Ignite by Igloo is active on, after Vietnam.

At only 1.9% of the population, Indonesia has the lowest insurance penetration rate in Southeast Asia, according to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The pandemic brought further distribution challenges, impacting new business by 40%--making it imperative that insurers recalibrate services digitally.
