Marsh McLennan India names Sanjay Kedia as new CEO

Sanjay Kedia will start in his new title beginning 1 April 2023.

Insurance brokerage and risk management firm Marsh McLennan has appointed Sanjay Kedia as its new India Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In a LinkedIn post by the branch, his role as CEO will take effect on 1 April 2023.

On top of his responsibilities as President of Marsh India, Kedia will also lead a new collaborative effort in India to execute fresh solutions and improve client relationships at the intersections of the firm’s four businesses: Mercer, Marsh, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter.

Kedia has been contributing to Marsh’s growth since November 2022. Currently, he is the country head and CEO of Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Marsh McLennan.

He has a master’s degree in business administration from the SP Jain Institute of Management and completed his Advance Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
