Miller sets footprint in Korea

Miller launched its Korea operations as part of its ongoing expansion into Asia.
The Korean office will be led by David Kim, who brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, including roles as CEO of Marsh Korea and founder of Johnson and Higgins Korea, which was later acquired by Marsh.
Before his insurance career, Kim spent a decade in the investment industry, including a tenure at Morgan Stanley in Japan.
Joining Kim at Miller Korea are Andrew Kim, Youngkum Yoon, and Tae Hoon Kim.
A. Kim, formerly CEO of Korea at AmTrust, has over 25 years of experience in the Korean insurance market, working with companies such as Hanwha General Insurance, Chubb, and Marsh.
Youngkum, head of Finance and Operations, brings 23 years of expertise, having most recently served as Finance director at Assurant Korea.
Tae, previously a director at Aon Korea, specialises in property and casualty sectors for large Korean clients in energy and other industries.
