MSIG Asia restructures leadership to boost digital, corporate strategy
Adrian Hill has been appointed Chief Digital & Consumer Officer.
MSIG Asia has announced a series of leadership changes, effective 1 May 2025, aimed at advancing its digital and corporate business strategies.
Adrian Hill has been appointed Chief Digital & Consumer Officer to lead the newly established Digital Consumer Department.
Hill, who joined MSIG Asia in November 2024, brings experience from digital business ventures across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
He will oversee digital partnerships and drive investments in digital capabilities.
Pearline Soh, also appointed in November 2024, has been named Head of Digital Marketing and will report to Hill.
She will lead digital marketing efforts across the region, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.
Soh has worked across several Asian markets including Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, with expertise in consumer behaviour and market analysis.
In a parallel move, Enny has been promoted to Chief Corporate Business Officer. She will head the Corporate Business Department with a focus on strengthening broker relationships and advancing corporate partnerships.
Enny previously led MSIG Asia’s Business Development & Digitalisation Department and has held various senior management roles, including CEO of a general insurance company in Indonesia.
She joined MSIG Asia in 2022 after more than 20 years with MSIG Indonesia.
