NorthStandard reels in new head of Sustainability

She joins from Fintel plc.

Global marine insurer NorthStandard has appointed Kate Kwiatkowska as its new head of Sustainability.

Kwiatkowska joins from Fintel plc, where she was head of ESG and Corporate Marketing. 

In her new role, she will engage with NorthStandard’s members, brokers, employees, and other stakeholders, integrate sustainability into the company’s overall strategy, and oversee ongoing reviews of its sustainability priorities. 

She will also establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress.

She holds an MSc in Risk, Disaster and Environmental Management from the University of Huddersfield and has completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations program at the University of Oxford.
