PROPEL with Singlife onboards 1,300 advisers within nine months

The platform is receiving more enquiries and onboarding new clients.

PROPEL with Singlife has reportedly onboarded over 1,300 financial adviser representatives just nine months after its official launch.

PROPEL is touted as a one-stop shared services centre under the Singlife Group. It provides financial advisory firms with a digital and administrative platform that offers middle to back-office support.

Jean Yeo, head of platform and client engagement at PROPEL, thanked their clients for their patience and trust even in the midst of stability issues at the early stages of the platform— including connectivity timeouts and slower-than-expected response times.

In the latest feedback from client firms, PROPEL's platform has seen a significant performance improvement in response times and transaction success rates, Yeo said.

“Even as we continue to receive more enquiries on our services and onboard new client firms, we're continuously listening to our clients and finding ways to improve our platform to meet the evolving needs of advisers,” Yeo said.

PROPEL currently has a team of around 30 technology professionals focused at improving the platform’s reliability and optimising user experience based on client feedback, it said in a press release.
