Prudential lists ICICI at Indian stock exchanges for $1.4b
IPAMC’s market capitalisation is approximately $11.8b.
Prudential Plc has successfully listed shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (IPAMC) on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India.
The initial public offering (IPO), priced at INR2,165 per equity share, raised $1.4b (INR130b) in net proceeds, according to a press release on 19 December 2025.
IPAMC’s market capitalisation is approximately $11.8b.
Prudential plans to return the proceeds to shareholders, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals where required.
