Prudential opens new wealth centre in Tsim Sha Tsui
It has VIP guest rooms, seminar spaces, and a recreational area.
Prudential Hong Kong has launched the Prudence Lounge, a new wealth and insurance planning centre tailored to premium customers.
Located on the 18th floor of the Gateway Prudential Tower at Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, the 5,200 sqft facility provides a serene environment for high-end clients.
The lounge offers VIP guest rooms, seminar spaces, and a recreational area with views of Victoria Harbour.
The Lounge will be staffed by financial consultants and customer service representatives who offer tailored insurance and wealth management services.
Clients can access services digitally or in person, including legal advice on trusts, taxation, family offices, and overseas property transactions.
Alongside the opening, Prudential introduced the Prime Eternity plan, a single-premium wealth accumulation product targeting premium customers.
The plan offers a guaranteed cash value of 85% of the single premium at the policy's start and aims for a total internal rate of return (TIRR) exceeding 5% per annum after 10 years and 6% after 20 years.
The plan also offers a range of options for wealth access and legacy planning. After the 10th policy anniversary, policyholders can convert a portion of the non-guaranteed Terminal Dividend into a guaranteed amount for immediate encashment.
The plan also includes a first-in-market death benefit settlement option in Hong Kong, allowing beneficiaries to receive monthly installments followed by a lump sum upon key life events.
Other features include the ability to split the policy for flexible legacy planning and an incapacity option for emergency cash in case of illness.
