Resolution Life welcomes new president from Swiss Re

Ojeisekhoba will oversee the commercial division of Resolution Life.

Resolution Life has appointed Moses Ojeisekhoba as President, effective 1 October. 

He will work closely with founder, chairman, and CEO Sir Clive Cowdery to execute the company’s growth strategy. 

Ojeisekhoba is expected to succeed Cowdery as CEO in 2026, with Cowdery remaining executive chairman.

Ojeisekhoba joins Resolution Life after over 12 years at Swiss Re, where he held several senior executive roles, most recently serving as CEO of Global Clients & Solutions. 

Before that, he was CEO of Reinsurance and CEO of Reinsurance Asia, where he helped strengthen the company’s position in the industry. 

Prior to Swiss Re, Ojeisekhoba held leadership roles at Chubb Group and Unico American Corporation. He is also a board member at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and holds a master’s degree from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

As President, Ojeisekhoba will oversee the commercial division of Resolution Life, focusing on strategy, growth, profitability, and value creation.
