Singlife to support customers after Jetstar Asia closure
All claims will be assessed following applicable policy limits.
Singlife will support customers affected by the closure of Jetstar Asia’s operations, according to a press release.
The company will reimburse the full cost of Jetstar Asia air tickets if no refund is provided by the airline.
Eligible Singlife travel insurance policyholders can also submit claims for non-refundable costs for pre-booked accommodation, transport, and entertainment activities.
This applies to customers who have purchased Singlife’s single-trip and annual travel insurance plans before 11 June.
All claims will be assessed following applicable policy limits, supporting documentation, and prevailing terms and conditions.
