Steadfast Group bags 17th spot in AM Best’s list

The broker was first of three newcomers in the ranking.

Australasian general insurance broker, Steadfast Group, landed at 17th place in AM Best’s 2024 Top 20 Global Insurance Broker.

Steadfast was the first of three newcomers in this year's rankings, generating $904.3m in in the previous year.

Fiscal year 2024 was a watershed year for the network as it expanded into the US market following the acquisition of ISU Group, Robert B. Kelly AM, Steadfast Group Founder, Managing Director & CEO, said in a media release.

“It's a new and exciting chapter for us because the research is clear – the value of a broker or agent is increasing, with intermediaries taking more and more of the direct market share,” Kelly says.

“While we continue to adapt and grow, the scale and strength of our network remain our priority and we look forward to maximising our strength over the next financial year.” he added.
