Sun Life debuts comprehensive ECO system for wealthy families
The insurer is partnering with HealthMutual Group.
Sun Life has established an "HNW Value-Added Service ECO system" to offer comprehensive services to high-net-worth clients in three key areas: Health, Enhancement, and Value Creation.
Partnering with HealthMutual Group, Sun Life has created a high-end medical network, allowing clients to access premium medical services from institutions like CUHK Medical Centre, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, and other private and Class 3A public hospitals in Mainland China via the eSunPro healthcare platform.
eSunPro also introduces "Family Concierge," extending value-added services to clients' family members. This system, along with Sun Life's range of products and services, aims to protect health, preserve assets, and facilitate wealth transfer.
The Hong Kong government's recent policy measures, including the "New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme," support the growth of family offices and related sectors.
For Health, clients can access high-quality medical services through eSunPro, including early screening, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery support for diseases like cancer, stroke, and heart conditions.
The "Family Concierge" service also extends these benefits to clients' families. Additionally, health seminars by doctors and nutritionists are offered to promote healthier lifestyles. The dedicated medical network for the Greater Bay Area ensures clients receive proper support and referrals to reputable medical institutions.
For Enhancement, Sun Life has launched the Legacy Academy in collaboration with the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, offering family office training courses. Regular professional education and training on trusts, wills, corporate keyman insurance, and tax regulations are provided by various institutions and experts.
For Value Creation, Sun Life offers a range of exclusive savings, life, and investment-linked insurance products tailored to clients' needs. These products help clients address issues related to trust, tax, or legal matters, effectively preserving, accumulating, and transferring their assets.
