Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints new Malaysian chief
Jack See will take over from Juerg Stoll, as the latter retires in January next year.
Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has appointed Jack See as the new head of Malaysia and principal officer of its operations in Malaysia.
See will succeed Juerg Stoll, who retires on 31 January 2022. He will oversee a well-established, local team of sales and underwriting specialists servicing large and upper mid-sized Malaysian businesses, through broking partnerships and other intermediaries.
He will also relocate from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur for the role.
See brings long-term insurance experience to this role, with significant involvement in the Malaysia market dating back to 2008 when he first started his underwriting career. He joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as a Senior Underwriter and is currently Head of Casualty & Finpro Southeast Asia, a role he will continue to maintain in addition to his new roles. Over the years, See has been instrumental in repositioning the business portfolio and transforming underwriting approaches to meet market requirements
