Swiss Re names Anna Ziswiler as country President for five markets

She will be based in Singapore.

Swiss Re appointed Anna Ziswiler as its new head of Property and Casualty (P&C) Reinsurance Southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea effective 1 May.

She will be based in Singapore and become a member of the P&C Re Management Team, reporting to Urs Baertschi, CEO P&C Re. 

Ziswiler will also serve as Country President for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, and India.

Ziswiler currently leads Swiss Re's P&C Re business in 20 markets across the Middle East, Pakistan, Israel, the Mediterranean and Switzerland. 

During her 16 years with Swiss Re, Anna has progressed through various roles of increasing seniority in strategy, operations, and reinsurance in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
