Tokio Marine Kiln unveils new division head

He previously worked at Talbot.

Tokio Marine Kiln has appointed Jack Skinner as its new head of Political Violence & Terrorism for Asia-Pacific.

Skinner, a specialist in underwriting for political violence and terrorism, brings nearly a decade of experience. 

He previously worked at Talbot, where he served as Class Underwriter, spending two years in London and seven years in Singapore.  

TMK's Political Violence & Terrorism team has expanded across APAC, offering products such as sabotage, terrorism, malicious damage, and active assailant coverage. 

Skinner will focus on strengthening TMK’s presence in key markets and driving further growth, working alongside Grace Li, Political Violence and Terrorism Underwriter.
