Two US entities and Fintech Blue Solutions to launch India-based insurer

It targets to sell life and retirement products to the Indian market.

Agam Capital, an insurance analytics platform, American Equity Life, a provider of annuity and retirement products, and Fintech Blue Solutions are teaming up to introduce a cutting-edge life insurance company in India. 

This collaboration combines Fintech Blue's tech-driven distribution expertise in India, Agam's pALM analytical platform, and American Equity's financial strength in capital and retirement services. 

The goal is to create a unique presence in India's rapidly growing market for life insurance and retirement products.

hak Raghunathan and Avi Katz, co-founders of Agam Capital, described the partnership as a pivotal moment to launch an innovative life and retirement platform in India.

American Equity Investment Life Holding will be the primary investor in this strategic partnership, leveraging its expertise and capital to contribute to the venture's success.

The new insurance company, subject to regulatory approvals, is set to launch in the near future. It will focus on delivering innovative life and retirement products efficiently to the Indian market, enhancing customer options and promoting financial planning and dignity among its customers.
