Willis appoints Anthony Wong as head of casualty in Asia

He brings around 20 years of insurance and risk management experience.

Willis has appointed Anthony Wong as its new head of Casualty in Asia.

Wong, based in Singapore, will be part fo the Property & Casualty (P&C) business in Asia and reports to Paul Ward, head of P&C Asia, at Willis.

Wong moves into the role after working in Willis’ Asia Large Account Practice, where he supported major clients with complex risk portfolios. 

He brings around 20 years of insurance and risk management experience. 

Before joining Willis, Wong served as a risk manager for a major Asian conglomerate with operations spanning retail, real estate, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and power and utilities. 

He has also held various roles with global insurers, focusing on international casualty programmes across Asia.
