WTW names new Health & Benefits leaders to drive SEA growth

The appointments aim to support its benefits programmes.

WTW has named three new leaders in its Health & Benefits (H&B) business to support growth across Southeast Asia.

Fong Han Wei has been appointed head of Health & Benefits, Singapore, where he will lead the Singapore H&B business in delivering employee health and benefits solutions. 

Han Wei previously led the Global Benefits Singapore team at a major international broker and brings experience in strategic consulting, data analytics, and M&A transitions.

Eva Liu, currently head of Strategic Development, H&B, Asia-Pacific, will now also oversee WTW’s H&B business in Southeast Asia (excluding Singapore), working with country leaders to accelerate growth and strengthen WTW’s value proposition in the region.

In Malaysia, Lim Choo Ho has been appointed head of Health & Benefits. He will focus on business growth in insurance broking, benefits advisory, and flexible benefits. 

Choo Ho has 25 years of experience in the industry and previously led business development at WTW Malaysia.
