Zurich Singapore reels in new leader of A&H

He brings over 12 years of experience.

Zurich Insurance (Singapore) has appointed Nixon Ooi as Head of Accident & Health in Singapore. 

Ooi will report directly to Alexandra Cowley, chief underwriting officer for Singapore, and will oversee underwriting, portfolio management, and proposition development for the Accident & Health segment.

Ooi brings over 12 years of experience to the role, having previously served as Head of Accident & Health at Chubb, where he managed underwriting operations across the CI A&H lines. He has also held underwriting positions at Tokio Marine Life and InterGlobal.
