Lioner appoints veteran Brian Kenyon as strategic advisor

Ex-BNP Paribas executive joins trust push.

Lioner International Group has appointed Brian Kenyon as group strategic advisor.

The company said Kenyon is its second group strategic advisor, following the appointment of Henry Lam, and that he will counsel Lioner’s leadership team on positioning, service development, and expansion opportunities.

Kenyon will also provide mentorship on complex trust structuring and multi-generational succession matters as Lioner expands its international footprint.

He brings more than five decades of experience in trust and wealth planning, with senior roles across the UK, Jersey, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

His previous positions include regional head of wealth planning solutions for Asia, managing director of BNP Paribas Singapore Trust Corporation, and chairman of BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation, as well as deputy head of global fiduciary services at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. He also spent nearly three decades at Barclays in senior roles across private banking and trust.

Kenyon has also served on industry bodies, including the Singapore Trustees Association’s technical committee and the Jersey Bankers Association’s trust company committee, which he chaired from 2004 to 2010. He was named Citywealth’s Trustee of the Year in 2008.
