NTUC Income is insurance brand most positively viewed by Singapore women

It beat out FWD and Great Eastern to clinch the top spot.

NTUC Income has emerged as the most positively perceived insurance brand by women in Singapore, according to a survey by YouGov.

It achieved a score of 50.5– calculated as an average of its Impression, Quality, Value, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation and Consideration scores– in a survey by YouGov conducted from March 2023 to February 2024.

The Lion City’s leading digital insurer FWD follows with a 45.7 average score.

Great Eastern closed out the top three, with a score of 44.6 with women. Amongst Singaporean males, Great Eastern was the fourth-most positively received.

Prudential (38.2) and Singlife (37.7) rounded off the top five.

AIA took the sixth position (37.6), followed by Tokyo based property and casualty insurance brand Tokio Marine (35.8). 

Toronto headquartered Manulife (35.2), HSBC Life (32.7) and Etiqa (31.0) complete the top ten ranking of insurance brands most positively viewed by women in Singapore.
