Salil Bhatnagar

Salil Bhatnagar is the Chief Distribution Officer - HSBC Channel at Canara HSBC Life Insurance. A founding member of the company, he has worked across sales, training, strategy, and business development. 

Bhatnagar has worked with HSBC Insurance Asia Pacific Holdings in Hong Kong as a sales training head, where he dovetailed the high-performance sales model in key Asia Pacific markets.

He brings over 33 years of cross-functional experience in consumer durables, telecom, consulting, and the life insurance industry, where he has managed profit centres and large sales teams. 

Bhatnagar is a Delhi University graduate with a Diploma in International Trade from Apeejay Institute (Delhi) and MBA from IMI (Delhi).

Santosh Sahoo

Santosh Sahoo is a veteran in the Indian insurance industry, bringing over two decades of experience across underwriting, digital transformation, and strategic business development. 

At Probus, he leads the SME Insurance vertical, where he is redefining the way small and mid-sized enterprises access and engage with insurance solutions through a tech-first, customer-centric approach.

He leads the development of internal digital platforms such as CRMs, automated renewal systems, and transaction portals.

Sarbvir Singh

Sarbvir Singh has over 25 years of global experience across corporate leadership roles. Currently, he is the CEO of Policybazaar.com, India’s leading insurtech platform and Joint Group CEO of the PB Fintech Group. 

Prior to joining Policybazaar, he was a venture capitalist and also served in senior leadership positions with digital and media companies. He was most recently the Managing Partner of WaterBridge Ventures, a leading early-stage venture fund. 

He had also held leadership positions with JP Morgan and Network18 in India, Citi in New York, and Emerson Electric in Hong Kong. Singh is a graduate of IIT Delhi and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
