Japanese tech firms create embedded property insurance for online real estate

The insurance will be offered to RENOSY customers.

GA Technologies and Finatext have launched a joint venture in the online real estate marketplace.

Both Japanese firms developed a system that provides Embedded Property Insurance available for RENOSY customers, an online real estate marketplace.

Subsequently, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance (TMNF) plans to offer Embedded Property Insurance to buyers of investment properties via RENOSY starting April 2023.

GA Technologies and Finatext have formed a unique partnership to introduce embedded insurance for the online real estate marketplace in Japan. 

This collaboration between the real estate and insurance sectors is said to offer a seamless customer experience, enhance convenience, and mitigate uninsured risk for customers.
