Prudential Singapore to hire 800 financial reps

Those new to the industry are allotted time to learn and hone their skills fit for the insurance industry.

Prudential Singapore said it plans to employ 800 new financial representatives (FRs) via its management associate programme (MAP) this year.

This entails increasing the company size to more than 5,500 employees.

The insurer will also support new industry incomers from the MAP by allotting 12 more months to achieve performance targets.

Additionally, this will allow the new hires time to learn, hone their skills, and build a client base for a successful career.

Based on Prudential Singapore’s recruitment data, the new hires will decide in the first two years if they choose to stay in the same role, indicating a normality when it comes to FRs leaving for another industry.
