AXA Philippines reveals new CEO, President

His role is effective 1 October.

AXA Philippines announced that Ayman Kandil, currently serving as chief distribution officer, will assume the role of President and CEO effective 1 October.

Kandil, who brings over 26 years of executive experience in the insurance industry, previously held the position of CEO at AXA Egypt, where he led four companies under the AXA Egypt umbrella.

Kandil's appointment follows the leadership of Bernardo Serrano, who will transition to a new role within AXA by 30 September. Serrano's tenure saw AXA Philippines achieve sustainable and profitable growth, leaving behind a strong leadership team and talent bench.
