HDI Global’s GenAI system, built on a closed, secure platform, leverages an internal database of country-specific information and local insurance provisions. 

The AI generates automated suggestions in response to customer inquiries, including compliance standards, required documentation, and process recommendations. This speeds up HDI’s ability to meet the specific needs of its clients in different markets.
