Crawford & Company appoints new loss director for Malaysia

Crawford & Company appointed Tony Kan as director of Large and Complex Loss in Malaysia. 

Kan brings over 30 years of experience in the Malaysian market, specialising in managing large-scale claims for major clients, including Sime Darby, Proton, Telekom Malaysia, and POS Malaysia. 

His expertise spans handling losses valued between $4.44m (RM20m) and $22.22m (RM100m). 

A Chartered Loss Adjuster (AICLA), Kan also holds diplomas in Financial Services Loss Adjusting (ANZIIF) and Insurance (MII), aligning with Crawford's commitment to professional excellence and team development.
