FWD Group Expands board with three new directors

The board now has 13 members.

FWD Group Holdings appointed Andrew Weir, Dominic Leung Ka Kui, and Laura Deal-Lacey to its board of directors, effective today.

The company also announced the retirement of Richard Sun Po Yuen from the board.  

The board now has 13 members, including two executive directors, two non-executive directors, and nine independent non-executive directors.  

Weir, formerly Global Chair of Asset Management at KPMG, has over 37 years of experience advising boards and audit committees across Asia and the Middle East. 

Leung, a veteran of the insurance industry, held senior roles at Ping An Group and Prudential. Deal-Lacey, an executive at the Milken Institute, has served on the board of FWD Singapore since 2016 and is currently its chair.
