Zurich Edge unveils digital policy cards, travel alerts

The digital cards will integrate both Google Wallet and Apple Wallet.

Zurich Insurance has launched digital policy cards and travel alerts in its Zurich Edge platform.

The additions are rolled out to its customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia to start.

The digital cards will integrate both Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Customers will be able to instantly access policy details, emergency contact information, and Zurich services such as claims forms, amongst others, the insurer said in an announcement on 23 September 2025.

Customers can also share policy details with family members or trusted contacts via QR codes and hyperlinks on the cards.

Over time, the digital cards will be updated to deliver real-time policy information such as claims progress, policy changes, and renewal reminders, Zurich Insurance said.

Zurich Insurance is also enhancing its travel offering with Travel Alerts, which provides travellers with pre-trip advice and real-time updates during the journeys.
