Willis launches data centre practice in Asia
It named Lay See Ong as practice lead.
WTW’s Willis announced the establishment of a Data Centre Industry Practice for Asia.
Lay See Ong, based in Singapore, has been appointed to lead the new practice, whilst retaining her role as Strategic Client Leader for Large Accounts Asia.
Ong has more than 25 years of experience in risk advisory, broking, and client management, with particular expertise in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and complex infrastructure.
She has spent a decade at Willis, where she has focused on strategic client leadership and the evolving data centre sector.
The Data Centre Industry Practice aims to integrate knowledge across Willis’s business lines.
By drawing on regional and global specialists, the firm plans to provide a coordinated approach to managing risks in the data centre industry.
