Willis strengthens Asia cyber team with Keating and Grijalva roles

Keating will be based in Singapore, whilst Grijalva in Hong Kong.

Willis, a WTW business, has appointed Conor Keating as head of Cyber, Asia, and Carlos Grijalva as head of Cyber Sales, Asia, with both roles effective immediately.

Based in Singapore, Keating moves into the regional cyber leadership role after serving as Cyber Growth Leader at Willis.

He has more than nine years of experience advising clients on cyber risk and insurance solutions.

Willis said he will lead its cyber growth strategy in Asia, focusing on strategic broking, market engagement, and strengthening client relationships.

Keating joined Willis in 2024 and has been involved in expanding the firm’s cyber capabilities in the region.

His earlier experience includes four years in London with a multinational broker, handling North America and international wholesale business before shifting to UK retail cyber accounts, including work with FTSE100 firms.

Carlos Grijalva, previously Cyber Leader for Hong Kong and Greater China, will now lead Cyber Sales across Asia and will report to Keating.

Based in Hong Kong, he will focus on new business development, strengthening engagement with individual country markets, and expanding regional distribution channels.

Before joining Willis, Grijalva held product and underwriting leadership roles with insurers.
