Sun Life taps Frankie Leung as Asia chief agency officer

He held senior agency distribution posts at AIA and led digital strategies across the region.

Sun Life has appointed Frankie Leung as the new Chief Agency Officer for Asia.

Their appointment is effective on 16 March. Leung will be responsible for driving the insurer’s agency business and key initiatives, including agency recruitment, activation, compensation, training and development, and recognition in Asia.

Reporting to the Chief Client and Distribution Officer, Asia, Leung will be based in Sun Life’s 

Leung joins from AIA, where he held senior agency distribution roles since 2003 and was responsible for building sustainable agency growth and implementing digital strategies for its agency force across the region.
