Aon operates capability centres across three Indian cities
Client-facing offices in 17 other cities serve local customers, including Mumbai and Delhi.
Aon has expanded its global capability centre in Bengaluru with a new facility at The Earth Centre by Vista Spaces in Whitefield, as the professional services firm strengthens its global operations and delivery capabilities.
India serves as a key market for Aon, supporting its Risk Capital and Human Capital businesses through a combination of talent, technology and operational expertise.
The company operates capability centres in Bengaluru, Noida and Gurgaon, which support its global operations, whilst client-facing offices in 17 other Indian cities, including Mumbai and Delhi, provide services to local clients.
Shiney Prasad, head of Aon's global capability centres, said the new Bengaluru facility would strengthen the firm's ability to deliver work across its global network.
The new office is designed to support collaboration and flexible working, featuring meeting rooms, training facilities and shared workspaces aimed at improving teamwork and knowledge sharing.
