AIA Singapore launches chronic disease plan with Amplify Health
The 12-month programme offers personalised coaching and health tracking tools.
AIA Singapore has partnered with health technology firm Amplify Health to launch a Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) aimed at helping Singaporeans manage diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
The 12-month programme, accessible through the Amped mobile app, offers personalised coaching and health tracking tools.
It is available to eligible AIA policyholders aged 40 and above from October 2025, with the first 1,500 participants able to join at no additional cost.
It uses behavioural science, technology, and guidance from a team of dietitians, fitness coaches, and mental wellness experts.
Participants can access unlimited text-based coaching, video consultations, and customised health plans through the app. It also includes features like AI meal logging, sleep and activity tracking, and progress reports.
Research cited by the insurer suggests that improving chronic disease management could save Singapore up to US$501.7m (S$650m) in healthcare costs by 2050.
