AIA Vietnam, e-commerce platform Tiki announce partnership

Tiki customers will have access to life and health plans through the platform.

AIA Vietnam and Vietnamese e-commerce platform Tiki have formed the country’s first comprehensive exclusive partnership between a life insurer and a digital platform, an announcement read.

Under a 10-year agreement, AIA Vietnam will become Tiki's exclusive insurance partner, allowing Tiki customers to gain access to life and health insurance solutions through the e-commerce platform. 

AIA Vietnam and Tiki will also jointly explore collaboration opportunities to meet the financial needs of the population.

By leveraging AIA's omnichannel distribution and leading technology capabilities, alongside Tiki's all-in-one platform, this partnership offers significant potential for AIA Vietnam and Tiki to build long-term relationships with even more customers across Vietnam.
