Aon elects new APAC CEO

She succeeds Anne Corona, who has taken a new leadership role within Aon.

Aon announced the appointment of Jennifer Richards as CEO of Asia Pacific, starting 1 March.

Richards succeeds Anne Corona, who has been named CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer.

Richards will work with the Asia Pacific Executive Committee to enhance Aon's capabilities, drive client value, and achieve strong financial performance, whilst executing the firm’s 3x3 Plan.

She will report to Lori Goltermann, CEO of Regions, and relocate from Australia to Singapore in the coming months.

Richards, who joined Aon 13 years ago in Australia, has held key roles, most recently as head of Australia.

Before Aon, Richards held senior roles at AIG in North America, including in the Financial Institutions and M&A sectors. She also practised corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City.
