Aon launches specialist claims unit to boost insurer’s profitability

The business will be led by global co-heads Veronica Judice and David Griffiths.

Aon has launched Specialist Claims Solutions to help insurers improve claims efficiency, cut leakage and lower loss ratios.

The service covers the full claims cycle, including leakage diagnostics, run-off services, debt recovery and inwards claims support. 

Aon has also partnered exclusively with ARMStrong Insurance Services to strengthen subrogation and deductible recovery through its SubroIQ and Paragon Deductibles units.

The business will be led by global co-heads Veronica Judice and David Griffiths, reporting to Leonora Siccardi, Aon’s global head of Strategy and Execution for Reinsurance.
