AVA Singapore rebrands into bolttech

This follows after bolttech acquired AVA in February.

AVA Insurance Brokers and AVA Insurance Agency (AVA), have been renamed to bolttech Insurance Brokers Pte. Ltd. and bolttech Insurance Agency Pte. Ltd. respectively and rebranded to bolttech.

This follows the completion of bolttech’s acquisition of AVA in February 2022.

Founded in 2007, AVA is an established Singapore-based insurance broking firm and insurance agency known for its strong reputation in delivering innovative and risk-centric solutions. With the rebrand, bolttech enhances its insurance exchange proposition with a full suite of insurance solutions, working with Singapore business partners and customers to make buying and selling insurance easier.

“By combining AVA’s local expertise with bolttech’s world-leading insurtech capabilities, we remain committed to growing our proposition in Singapore together as a bolstered team. We are excited about the opportunities ahead to offer insurance and agency partners technology-driven and innovative ways to connect individual and corporate customers with the protection they need,” Yen Yen Koh, General Manager of bolttech Singapore said.

The rename and rebrand have no impact on AVA’s service or offerings to its partners and customers. All existing services and agreements will remain in place.
