Global insurtech bolttech has partnered with iBox, Indonesia’s largest Apple Premium Reseller and a unit of Erajaya Digital, to offer TecProtec with AppleCare Services to iPhone customers across the country.

The new service provides customers with extended after-sales protection backed by AppleCare, including certified repairs, genuine Apple parts, and expert support at 24 authorised Apple Service Providers nationwide. It also features door-to-door pickup and return services.

TecProtec with AppleCare Services includes up to two device replacements within 24 months at 25% of the retail price per claim, unlimited accidental damage repairs starting from $30.37 (IDR500,000), and free battery replacement if capacity drops below 80%.

The service is available for activation at the point of purchase in iBox stores and reflects bolttech’s push to deliver digital-first, accessible protection for mobile users in Indonesia.
