Bupa Global taps Massey to drive Asia expansion

The new executive brings over 20 years of IPMI experience.

Bupa Global has appointed Alison Massey as general manager for Asia, as the international private medical insurance provider looks to expand its presence in the region.

Massey brings more than 20 years of experience in IPMI strategy and business development.

She joins from HSBC, where she was Global Head of Health and led customer innovation and development strategies across global and key Asian markets.

She previously worked at Now Health International, where she helped grow the business from four markets to nine and led the development of a fully digital platform that supported member growth.

In her new role, Massey will oversee the strategic direction and commercial performance of Bupa Global’s Asia operations, including markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia.
