It aims to integrate investment advisory and banking services.
CPIC Investment Management (HK) (CPICIMHK), a subsidiary of China Pacific Insurance Group, and Swiss-based AMINA Group, a FINMA-regulated banking institution, have announced a strategic partnership to bridge traditional finance with the growing cryptocurrency sector in Asia Pacific.
The partnership will see CPICIMHK and AMINA Group providing integrated investment advisory and banking services for the Pacific Waterdrip Digital Asset Funds.
CPICIMHK's recent license upgrade from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong allows it to offer distribution and advisory services for virtual asset investment products, whilst AMINA Group supports the growth and accessibility of digital asset investments.
The Pacific Waterdrip Digital Asset Fund I focuses on early-stage blockchain projects, providing essential capital for growth.
The Pacific Waterdrip Digital Asset Fund II targets proof-of-stake digital assets, offering investors opportunities in energy-efficient and secure digital assets. Both funds feature robust structures and comprehensive risk management strategies.
This collaboration between CPICIMHK and AMINA Group represents a significant step in integrating traditional and digital finance, offering clients a seamless investment experience. Together, they aim to redefine financial services by providing a bridge between the established financial sector and the emerging world of digital assets.
