Cover Genius bags $70m in Series D funding round

The round was led by Dawn Capital.

Global insurtech Cover Genius has secured $70m in a Series D funding round led by Dawn Capital with participation from new investor, New York-based Atlas Merchant Capital, and existing investors including GSquared and King River Capital.

The fresh funds will be used to expand the firm’s global insurance distribution platform XCover.

Previously, Cover Genius partnered with Turkish Airlines to bolster their comprehensive travel protection for global passengers.
