Former AXA chief to lead Sun Life Hong Kong’s agency channels

She will also cultivate the insurer’s agency force in Mainland China.

Sun Life Hong Kong has appointed Eleonore Chow as General Manager, Agency.

Prior to joining Sun Life, Chow was the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer at AXA, responsible for formulating strategy and leading teams to effectively deliver on business targets. She has also previously held various senior positions at major insurance companies.

In her new role, Chow will lead Sun Life Hong Kong’s agency channels as well as the core distribution functions. She will continue to grow the size and the capabilities of the company’s agency force, turbocharging them to become the most respected best-in-class agency in the industry. She will also cultivate its agency force of Mainland China individuals to help transform its business model, enhance Sun Life Hong Kong’s service and productivity excellence, as well as increase market share.
